What can I do if I receive a defective product?

After receiving your package you have up to 48 hours to check all the merchandise. In the event of finding any product with defects (very unlikely because we inspect every item before shipping it out), you must send us a pictures of the item or items in question in order for us to see the defect, upon our confirmation that the product is defective we will issue a refund to your credit card immediately, if you paid through zelle a credit for your next order will be issued.
